From contact to measuring & quote to completion —all went well. The demo & install team of Christian, Jesus & Edgar were professional & very hard working. No way around the facts: the process & materials are expensive… no matter who you choose. We felt like the Consolidated quote was in-line with others. We are very happy we went with this team. Jason with Consolidated Builder Supply did an outstanding job on the warranty repairs for my home. He was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired the right way instead of just rushing through the job. He adjusted everything perfectly, and the doors now close as smooth as butter. Not only was he thorough, but he was also incredibly efficient. He even took the time to look at an additional window concern I mentioned and made sure everything was properly seated, even though it wasn’t part of the original work order. That level of attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate Jason’s craftsmanship and professionalism. If I have any future door or window issues with my home, I’ll definitely be requesting Consolidated Builder Supply again. Employees like Jason are a huge asset to the company.
